Chinese cookout session with Chef Liang Cheng
Szechwan Court at The Oberoi is, without too much argument, the best Chinese restaurant in Bangalore by far. Discerning diners vouch for the excellence of the food here. Imagine then, an invitation to a culinary demonstration by the Szechwan Court chefs. Naturally, it was a sell-out,with places filling up quickly.

Chef Liang Cheng, the restaurant’s master chef, and Chef Arup Kakati demonstrated the making of Kimchi Salad, Vegetarian Hot & Sour Soup and Crispy Lotus Stem to the enthusiastic group. They focused on the choice of ingredients, authentic condiments and the special techniques that go into creating these popular dishes.
